Return Policy

Please read the Return Policy of Topless Apparel carefully. Your decision to use the website and purchase products indicates you have read and agreed to the policy information herein.


Purchased items are not returnable if they have been worn or if they have sustained damage caused by the customer. If you need to return or exchange part or all of your purchase from Topless Apparel, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 21 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the address below. Please include a copy of the invoice with receipt order number, a note describing the issue, your contact information, and the method of exchange you would prefer. For your contact info, include your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. This information will allow us to contact you (if necessary) regarding the return process and will not be used or disseminated for any other purpose. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Topless Apparel purchase or a full refund less the cost of shipping.

In the event that a Topless Apparel product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Topless Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Topless Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Topless Apparel shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
